In this vendor focus group, a single vendor invests in bringing together five Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for an exclusive, collaborative session. The vendor presents their offering, positioning, and go-to-market approach, then receives unfiltered, constructive feedback on messaging, pricing, differentiation, demo flow, and partner enablement. MSPs are compensated for their time and encouraged to challenge assumptions, highlight gaps, and suggest improvements grounded in real-world service delivery. The goal is to help the vendor refine their narrative, materials, and partner program to better fit MSP workflows and client needs, ultimately strengthening long-term relationships and accelerating product-market fit in the channel.
All MSP profiles are submitted through the MSP member account here. Look for the Client Contract section. Some contracts limit the number of MSPs that can submit profiles.
Once an open contract reaches the required amount of MSP submissions or the contract application deadline is reached, the contract will be closed to any new submissions. Submissions sent after this will not be considered.
The MSPAA respectfully provides clients with MSP executive summaries and empowers them to make their own informed decisions and connect with MSPs. As a neutral party, the MSPAA does not recommend one MSP over another.
