Mark Iannuzzi is an engineer and entrepreneur, inspired to enhance the quality of life by making technology simple, trusted and empowering. To that mission, in 1998, Mark established TelNet Worldwide. He is responsible for guiding the technical vision of TelNet and directing a talented and passionate team with a unique commitment to customer service and value creation.
Prior to TelNet, Mark served as VP of research and development at VSA, advancing breakthrough digital simulation technology. He also held management and engineering positions at the Design Optimization Laboratory at the University of Missouri and IBM Corporation.
A rigorous advocate for robust competition and technological advancement, Mark served on the Michigan Senate Technology Advisory Board and has testified before the United States Congress on the evolution of communication networks. Awards include the 1995 American Society of Mechanical Engineers’ (ASME) award for Best Research in Design Theory, and numerous technology achievement awards from the National Science Foundation and US patents.
Mark is active in a number of professional organizations. including board member of the Cloud Communications Alliance (CCA), INCOMPAS, TAM, SAE and ASME and currently serves as president of the Michigan Internet and Telecommunication Alliance (MITA).
