Max Joseph is a sales and marketing professional with over 15 years of experience. As the National Business Development Manager for AT&T Partner Solutions, Max employs a relationship-based approach to help partners better serve their end-users with the unique products and services that only AT&T Business can offer. He attributes his customer-first approach to his career in the hospitality and travel industry, where he began his early career answering telephones, making hotel beds, and haunting the kitchens at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
Max holds an M.B.A. from SMU Cox School of Business and is currently pursuing a Private Glider Pilot Rating. He is a certified Level 1 Court of Masters Sommelier and runs his own cooking and travel YouTube channel, TheArtOfTheCraft4K. Max enjoys engaging in conversations on a wide array of topics, from technology to Star Wars,(K2-SO is his favorite character). A true lifelong learner, you’ll always find his radio tuned to NPR.
A former private equity managing director turned operating executive, Gabe Schrade brings a “build to sell” approach to businesses and partnerships. Today, Gabe is the President of Total Seminars, where he is bringing interactive online training to MSPs at time of rapid consolidation from private equity firms looking for MSPs that have a playbook of systems to delivery service at scale. Jeff Potter is the Sales Director at TelNet Worldwide. TelNet specializes in cloud collaboration and telecommunications. Jeff leads teams, devises sales strategies, and drives TelNet’s channel partner program. He is an expert in Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, SIP, SMS messaging, internet connectivity, and contact centers.
Previously, Jeff was Vice President of Business Development at The Iserv Company , contributing to market growth and revenue. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, where he combined technical knowledge with sales skills to create customized client solutions.
Based in Grand Rapids, MI, Jeff advances communication technologies and fosters strong client and partner relationships.
