Client Information

We are a rapidly growing wholesale commercial company out of Denver that has outgrown our abilities. We are looking for some technical support help and guidance as our team is not technical.

To start, we are looking for the following:

• on-call technical support who will be able to visit our warehouse and fix many of the tech issues we have.
• help with configuring around 7 Windows computers and a few printers.
• help integrate our email into our printers so we can email from them
• help with mobile phone setup and scanning from mobile phones

We plan to open a new office location in the next 6-months and want to make sure the warehouse is fully operational before we do that.

Our systems are very basic and consist of:

• Windows PC. no special settings
• Printers
• iPhones
• Basic email
• Xfinity phone lines

Our biggest issue right now is integrating user email accounts into our CRM and figuring out how we share data with other staff members. We don’t know how to do that. We don’t deal in any regulatory compliance things like PCI etc..
