Our FAQ section has been designed for visitors, members, Volunteers, and Sponsors.
We have two types of members listed here. We have a basic member and a preferred member. You can search either database for a vendor and filter your results by zip code, City or State. You can also use our built-in Google Maps feature for all our preferred members.
Absolutely! Once a member has registered, we review thier profile and verify the IRS EIN they have submitted. If we feel the need, we will call their references. If a member profile is inaccurate, we remove that member. One of our missions is to give you reliable and accurate account of MSP’s.
You can contact a member though the members profile but in order to receive a response, you will need to add your contact information.
The MSPAA is a National Association, but even with that, we can only invite members to join the MSP database. If they choose not to, we are unable to connect you with them.
We are sorry if this happens to you. The MSPAA’s mission is to connect you with vendors that are ideal for you. Unfortunately, the MSPAA is unable to monitor or control SLA’s & contracts between client and vendor.
If you have had a severe issue with you vendor, let us know. If we get multiple reports about the same vendor, we will remove them from the database.

Most of the members here are more interested in the targeted marketing that we do on behalf of members.
On the backend of our system, we monitor company address locations of all our members. We then take that information and launch a series of paid advertising campaigns in that area. We have an excellent ads history for our members.
Since inception, we have gathered a large number of client contact information. We use this information to email updates, new members, sponsors and the benefits of why a potential client should consider you as a IT vendor. Essentially, we are helping you with your email presence.
No. Our banner space is one of the methods we use to generate revenue to support our paid advertising outreach. You can select a banner space and add your company image here.
Yes, however your email address is not. If a visitor wants to contact you, we have given them three options:
We offer Annual memberships that will start on the day of registration.
Yes. Our members have the option to present their expertise in a webinar or a company interview. Our webinars are not sales pitches, they are education-based. We require a run-through of all presentations before a member is permitted to present.
We ask and encourage MSPs to join a live Interview. These are broadcast across LinkedIn and YouTube. They are designed to create awareness of your MSP.
We organize a Technology Enhanced Business Operations conference to support small businesses in the area. We then reach out to company executives alerting them to the event. We also have guest speakers that focus on topics that are critical to business operations.
Yes, you can up to 5 locations to your company profile. If you are a preferred member, these locations will be displayed on the map which is one of the key searchable items for potential clients. You can add locations here:

Once you have been contacted by our CXO and your business has been verified, you will be sent a verification email with the MSPAA logos. We attempt to contact everyone within 48hrs of registration.

Our Sponsors are our VIP’s and appear on all our email marketing, main website and any webinars. Our Sponsors will also have their own public space at any of our events.
All sponsors are included in content for 1 year.

Our VIP Sponsorship is a 1 year feature. Our banner ads spaces are different and can be seen as you select the space that you wish.
Our main VIP sponsorship is refundable within 30-days. Between 30-90 days, a 50% refund will be given.
Our Banner Ads spaces are non-refundable?
After you sign up, you will be emailed a link to access your ads space. You will have access to the metrics there.

We understand you are a volunteer and we appreciate the time commitment to the association. We are flexible and will work with your schedule. We encourage an open relationship with our volunteers because of the nature of the willingness.
Absolutely. This is expected and we would be happy to accommodate this request.
This is really up to you. You would be on the same platform with multiple business owners. We would encourage you to learn as much as you like within the boundaries of the MSPAA.
As a volunteer, it would be inappropriate to try solicit or ask one of our members for a job.
Possibly. We are considering the option and it may be in the best interests of the MSPAA to explore this.
We ask that all our volunteers start with a 3-month commitment.
